Our pedals have a 2 year parts and labor warranty. If longer than 2 years we may charge a nominal fee for service. If you think your pedal is broken/faulty, please try these steps before going further:

  1. Plug your instrument straight into your amp to make sure they are working correctly before diagnosing the pedal.

  2. Plug your instrument into the pedal input, and the pedal output straight into your amp without any other pedals or effects in the signal chain. If the problems continue…

  3. Try a different power supply for the pedal. Make sure to use only a 9V DC negative tip power supply with 2.1mm barrel (Boss style) connector.

  4. Make sure the instrument cables are plugged in securely, correctly and that the output of the pedal is going to the input of your amp.

  5. Try using different instrument cables.

  6. For the Germanium Fuzz or Stonk Box, keep in mind that the pedal will not sound right until it has warmed up for a few minutes. Also, LED switches between green and amber as much as it needs to keep a consistent temperature so it doesn’t matter if it stays longer on either color…the important thing is you see it switching. The other thing to keep in mind is if there is a weird mooing oscillation when the unit switches colors, the fault is with the power supply (even if it’s a nice one). Possible solutions are using a higher current output on that power supply, or switching all together. Some power supplies don’t have adequate regulation and filtering and the GE fuzz/Stonk Box will let you know in a hurry. (UPDATE: we have found a way to modify the GE Fuzz to accept a wider range of power supplies, if you want it please just follow the warranty directions and make a note).

After you’ve determined the power supply and cables are fine, and have read the GE Fuzz or Stonk Box specific information, you can print and fill out this form, box the pedal up with the form in an adequately padded box, and send it to one of the following addresses depending on what needs to be fixed:
